We guarantee all of our hatching eggs to arrive in excellent condition and true to breed variety. However, we cannot guarantee that your hatching eggs will hatch due to conditions beyond our control after your hatching eggs have been shipped. We do not offer refunds on hatching eggs under any circumstance. Any hatching eggs that arrive in damaged or broken condition must be reported to us within 24 hours of arrival, and a picture of any damaged eggs must be provided by the customer. Hatching eggs may be replaced based on our discretion and availability.
