The customer must send a picture of any items damaged during shipment to [email protected] within tweny-four (24) hours of delivery. In the event that an item, breed of duck, chicken, turkey poult, or any other breed arrives in damaged condition, different than described, or a different breed than the originally ordered breed, the decision to offer a replacement or reimbursement item is solely the decision of californiahatchery.com. Under no conditions will the customer be reimbursed more than the original purchase price. Californiahatchery.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result in the event that an item, breed of duck, chicken, turkey poult, or any other breed arrives in damaged condition, different than described, or a different breed than the originally ordered breed. The customer agrees that they may not receive a replacement item or refund for any items, breed of duck, chicken, or any other breed and the decision to offer a refund or replacement item will be determined by californiahatchery.com.
