Poultry Safe Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee all of your chicks, ducklings, turkeys, goslings, and other poultry breeds to arrive healthy and alive. We will offer a refund for any bird that does not survive shipment, excluding shipping costs. However, we will not issue refunds for birds that die after their arrival. We will not resend orders under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
| Canceled orders will
be charged a non-refundable $15 re-stocking fee. Refunds will not be
issued for orders that have already been processed and shipped. The
customer agrees to allow up to five business days before a refund will
be issued from the date of refund request. |
Hatching Egg Policy
| We guarantee all of our hatching eggs to arrive in excellent condition and true to breed variety. However, we cannot guarantee that your hatching eggs will hatch due to conditions beyond our control after your hatching eggs have been shipped. We do not offer refunds on hatching eggs under any circumstance. |
